Wednesday afternoon is dedicated to visits, with two parallel tracks: laboratory tours at Politecnico di Milano and guided city visits in Milan. Participants may combine options across both tracks. All visits require pre-registration; booking opens with conference registration.
Laboratory Visits — Politecnico di Milano From 14:30 | Duration: ~45 minutes per lab | Multiple time slots available
Guided tours of selected PoliMi research laboratories, repeated across staggered time slots so participants can attend more than one. Labs under consideration:
- DRISMI
- GVPM
- DAER
- Goccia (TBC)

City Visits — Milan Staggered start times from ~14:30 | Multiple departure slots
Guided walking itineraries through central Milan. Later departure slots are routed to finish near the banquet venue for participants who wish to proceed directly.
Itineraries under consideration:
- Pinacoteca Ambrosiana + Basilica di Sant’Ambrogio and Museum (~20 min walk between sites)
